We may remind you of upcoming repeats as a courtesy, but you remain responsible for ensuring your prescription is valid and up to date.


3. Pricing, Payments & Medical Aid Claims

3.1 Pricing

Pricing is subject to change based on supplier adjustments, stock availability, and statutory pricing regulations.

3.2 Payments

Payment must be made in full upon collection or before delivery unless arrangements have been made in advance.

3.3 Medical Aid

We can process medical aid claims where applicable. Approval or rejection of claims is determined by your medical aid provider, not by the pharmacy.


4. Orders, Collections & Delivery

4.1 Orders

Orders may be placed in-store, via phone, WhatsApp, email, or (if available) through our website. Orders are subject to stock availability and pharmacist review.

4.2 Collection

We will notify you when your order or prescription is ready. Items not collected within a reasonable period may be returned to stock.

4.3 Delivery (optional — remove if not offered)

Delivery services, where available, are subject to additional fees and scheduling. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.


5. Returns & Refunds

5.1 Prescription Medication

In accordance with South African pharmacy and health regulations, prescription medication cannot be returned or refunded once it has left the pharmacy, except in cases of:
