Pharmaclin Pharmacy offers convenient collection and delivery options to ensure you receive your medication and healthcare products safely and efficiently. This policy explains how orders are processed, delivered, and handled.
1. Order Processing
Orders may be placed:
- In-store
- Via telephone
- Via WhatsApp
All orders are subject to:
- Stock availability
- Pharmacist review
- Prescription verification (for scheduled medicines)
Orders received after business hours will be processed the next working day.
2. Delivery Areas
We offer local delivery within selected areas surrounding the pharmacy.
Delivery availability depends on:
- Distance
- Courier partner routes
- Stock and prescription requirements
For areas outside our direct delivery zone, courier options may be available at additional cost.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes may vary, but typical expectations are:
Local Delivery
- Same-day or next-day delivery for orders placed before the cut-off time
- Prescription verification may affect dispatch times
Delays may occur due to:
- Public holidays
- Weekends
- Courier backlogs
- Stock limitations
We always strive to deliver promptly and will notify you of any expected delays.
4. Prescription Medication Delivery
Prescription items require a valid, verified prescription before release.
We may request:
- An original prescription
- Digital prescription via approved channels
- Confirmation from your doctor
For safety reasons, certain controlled or schedule medications may require in-person collection and cannot be delivered.
5. Delivery Confirmation
Once your order is out for delivery, you may receive a notification via:
- Phone call
Deliveries must be received and signed for by:
- The customer
- A household member
- An authorised representative
Unsuccessful deliveries may incur additional redelivery fees.
6. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate delivery information
- Ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery
- Communicating any access instructions (gates, security, etc.)
Pharmaclin Pharmacy is not liable for delays caused by incorrect addresses or unavailable recipients.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect your delivery upon receipt.
If an item is:
- Missing
- Damaged
- Incorrect
Notify us within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue quickly.
8. Non-Delivery Due to Regulatory Restrictions
Some products—including specific schedule medicines—may not be eligible for courier or third-party delivery due to pharmacy regulations.
We will inform you if your order includes such items and arrange an alternative method.
9. In-Store Collection (Click & Collect)
If you prefer to collect in-store:
- You will be notified when your order is ready
- Bring your ID and prescription (if applicable)
- Items not collected within 7 days may be returned to shelf unless pre-arranged
