2. Prescription Medication
Q: Do I need a prescription to buy medicine?
Only prescription (schedule) medications require a valid script from a registered healthcare provider.
Over-the-counter products can be purchased without a prescription.
Q: Can I send my prescription via WhatsApp or email?
Yes. We accept prescriptions through:
- Electronic prescriptions from your doctor
All prescriptions are subject to pharmacist verification before dispensing.
Q: Do you remind customers about repeat prescriptions?
We may send reminder messages as a courtesy, but maintaining valid prescriptions remains the customer’s responsibility.

Certain schedule medications cannot be delivered due to regulation and must be collected in-store.

By law, prescription medication cannot be returned or refunded once it has left the pharmacy—unless incorrectly dispensed or defective.

- In resalable condition
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Q: What items cannot be returned?
- Opened medicines
- Refrigerated or temperature-sensitive items

- Supplements removed from sealed packaging
- Personal health devices that have been opened
